The professional liability insurance is held with HDI Versicherung AG in 30659 Hanover. The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union and thus fulfils at least the requirements of Section 51 of theGerman Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
